We live in a world where stress seems to be a huge part of our day to day life.
There is so much to do and so little time to do them. Add to that the overwhelming demand for us to take care of our digital lives, and there is barely any time for us to focus on our physical self and our spiritual consciousness.
We might have so many plan of actions to better our lives but these plans are just floating at the back of our heads. They are never fulfilled. Months and years go by and none of those goals ever get implemented.
It is useless to keep on dreaming and wishing for something and wasting our time wishing and dreaming. Some of us don't take action because we feel that we don't have all the prerequisites or the essentials we need to carry out our plans. There will always be something that deflects our attention from our goals. We just have to refocus and remind ourselves of how much we really want the end result. It's easy to make excuses, but time won't wait.
You maybe planning on losing weight but you'd rather start tomorrow when the sun shines brighter. You maybe planning on taking care of your finances, but you'll wait until the recession blunders are over. You maybe planning on becoming a better parent, but you'll wait until your baby is a little older. You maybe planning on achieving that IT Certification but you'll wait until you can concentrate better when all the other stuff are taken care of.
We are obsessed with excuses and that's how we never get anything accomplished.
What's the solution? Do what you have to do and do it now. Start the first step now. Work on it now. Brew it now. Time is not waiting.
Whatever little thing you do will add up to something. Rest in the knowledge that the perfect time, or situation, or scenario will never come. What you have at present is what you can make use of.
Even if inspiration is not there, working your way to your goals matter. Every little step you take will bring about a new inspiration. This is all you need to connect the gap between now and the future. You can do it. Believe. Be inspired. Take your first step today.
